The hotel is nice, and has excellent air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet. I highly recommend it for a fantastic stay. I'm coming back for a city break!

The location was fantastic, both from the station and to the Duomo it was less than 5 minutes.
The air conditioning had not been able to cool the room even during continuous operation. It was very hot while sleeping

Very good location and price!!! Large bathroom and comfortable bed.

Solid rain shower experience despite the cramped cubicle. Central location makes walking around easy.
Breakfast area feels cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours, with hot food running out quickly. Heating system issues resulted in an uncomfortably cold first night, with no ability to adjust it independently. Wi-Fi struggles were frustrating, causing reliance on cell data instead.

The hotel has a new and a slightly older area. At first we had a really inadequate room. But we were directly offered a new room that was impeccable. Really great service. The location of the hotel is great and also the breakfast is top. Very friendly staff.

Enjoyed a lovely stay with super cozy beds and a breakfast that catered to both local and international tastes. They also have a nice lounge area and a great garden spot for relaxation after a day out. Just a heads up, a little noise could be heard from the street, but it didn't really take away from the experience. 😊
